RECIPE for the « Vercouline with Vercors Blue cheese »
Ingredients :
* 200gr Blue cheese per person
* potatoes
* Grenoble walnuts
* Cooked ham
Preparation :
--> Cut the Blue cheese into slices and melt them in the raclette dishes.
--> Pour the cheese on the potatoes and ham.
--> Eat with walnuts and drink Châtillon en Diois wine.
